1. Warranty ki Iqsam (Types of Warranty)
Dokan Online par do qism ki warranty faraham ki jati hai:
- Brand Warranty: Yeh warranty product ki manufacturer company ki taraf se hoti hai jis ki muddat aam taur par 1 saal hoti hai. Agar product me koi technical fault ata hai, toh customer khud brand ke official service center ja kar warranty claim karwayega.
- Extended Warranty (Dokan Online): Agar customer product ke sath Dokan Online ki Extended Warranty khareedta hai, toh brand warranty ki muddat ke dauran ya brand warranty khatam hone ke baad bhi fault aane par Dokan Online product exchange karne ka zimmedar hoga. Is process me lagbhag 15 din ka waqt lag sakta hai.
2. Warranty Card ki Zaroorat
Extended Warranty khareedne par customer ko ek Warranty Card diya jayega, jis par issue date aur expiry date darj hogi. Warranty Card ke bina koi bhi warranty claim qabool nahi kiya jayega.
3. Physical & Liquid Damage Policy
Warranty claim hone par Dokan Online pehle product ka thorough inspection (jaanch) karega. Product ke jalne (burnt), tootne (physical damage), paani me girne (water damage) ya zabardasti kholne (tampering) ki surat me warranty claim invalid (radd) ho jayegi.
4. One-Time Replacement Rules
Warranty successful claim hone par Dokan Online customer ko new replacement product faraham karega. New replacement unit milne ke baad purani warranty ki shart khatam ho jayegi (yani exchange hone wale naye unit par brand ya extended warranty dubara lagu nahi hogi).
